Clear support for digital purchases
This policy explains our approach to cancellations, technical issues, and refunds for Currimo digital educational resources. It does not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Orders and payments
Online ordering is currently disabled. This policy applies to purchases when ordering is enabled. Contact us if you believe a payment has been taken in error or have a question about an order.
Cancellation before digital supply
For online purchases where UK consumer cancellation rules apply, you generally have 14 days from entering the contract to cancel without giving a reason. You can cancel by emailing support@currimo.com with a clear statement and enough information to identify the order. You may use the optional model notice below, but you do not have to use it.
Early access to a digital download
Where we offer delivery during that cancellation period, we must obtain your express consent to begin supplying the digital content and your acknowledgement that you lose the cancellation right once supply begins. We must provide the required confirmation. If those requirements are not met, the statutory cancellation position may be different. Downloading does not remove your rights concerning defective or misdescribed content.
Technical problems and faulty files
If a download link does not work, a file is corrupted, or the supplied guide differs materially from its description, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will investigate and, as appropriate, provide working access, repair or replace the file, or provide a price reduction or refund where required. We will not charge you to fix a fault for which we are responsible.
Duplicate charges and incorrect orders
Tell us promptly if you believe the same purchase was charged twice or the wrong guide was supplied. We will check the payment and order records and correct an error. If you selected the wrong guide, contact us before accessing the file where possible; your cancellation rights and the circumstances of the order will determine the available solution.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed or required by law. We do not charge a refund administration fee. Where applicable UK rules require a refund within 14 days of cancellation or agreement that you are entitled to a refund, we follow that requirement. Your payment provider’s processing time may affect when it appears in your account.
How to request help
Email support@currimo.com with your order number, purchase email, guide title, and a short explanation. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information. No purchase has to be made to ask a question about this policy.

International customers
Mandatory consumer rights in your country may apply in addition to this policy. Nothing here removes those rights. Our Terms & Conditions and Digital Delivery Policy provide further information.
